Why Xbreyins

Delivery and talent, kept under one roof

Software delivery and IT staffing, run deliberately under one roof. Each line of work informs the other.

Our story

Two lines of work that make each other better

Most companies pick one: build software or place engineers. Xbreyins does both deliberately, because delivery and staffing inform each other every week.

Our delivery teams see exactly which skills clients are paying for. That shapes how we assess and grow the bench our staffing clients draw on. Staffing engineers who work alongside our delivery teams are vetted by people who have to ship with them.

The result is a company where the bench reflects live hiring requirements, and delivery teams can scale with people who already match how we work.

  • Our mission

To deliver software that works and costs what we said it would, and to place engineers clients can trust on day one.

  • Our vision

To be the partner Indian businesses call when a project must actually ship, and the place ambitious engineers point to when asked where they learned to build.

Numbers that matter

Where we are today

Every figure here is owned by one file in the codebase and marked until Xbreyins has verified it.

Core differentiators

What actually makes us different

Not a values poster. These are the seven things clients tell us they could not get elsewhere without stitching together three vendors.

  • End-to-end delivery under one roof

Requirement gathering, architecture, cloud design, cost estimation, build, deployment and ongoing optimization from one accountable team. No handoffs between vendors, no gaps to fall through.

  • Deep cloud cost-optimization expertise

We quote build cost and run cost separately, and stay involved in the second one. Cloud engagements include quarterly FinOps reviews with a prioritised savings backlog.

  • A vetted bench from 0.5 to 20 years

Technically assessed, background-verified engineers across every experience band, so you can scale a squad in weeks rather than quarters.

  • In-house AI and agent engineering

AI is a capability we ship, not a slide we show. Agents, RAG systems and production ML built with evaluation, guardrails and cost tracking from the start.

  • Delivery and staffing in one loop

The same engineers who scope delivery work help vet the bench. Staffing profiles reflect skills we actually deploy, not keyword lists.

  • Transparent, milestone-based engagement

Estimates come as ranges with assumptions attached, invoices map to milestones you agreed, and risks are raised the week we see them, not the week they land.

  • Flexible engagement models

Fixed price, time and material, dedicated teams, staff augmentation or an outcome-owned pod. The model follows the problem rather than our preference.

Our methodology

Nine steps, every engagement

You always know which conversation comes next, what it produces, and who owns it. Cost appears twice on purpose: once before we build, once after we ship.

Estimates as rangesBuild cost separate from run costQuarterly FinOps review
  1. 1

    Discover & gather requirements

Stakeholder workshops, process mapping and a written scope, so everyone is arguing about the same document before money is spent.

  2. 2

    Solution architecture

Domain model, integration design and non-functional requirements, reviewed with your team rather than presented to it.

  3. 3

    Cloud infrastructure design

Landing zone, network, identity and scaling boundaries designed for your budget and compliance position.

  4. 4

    Cost estimation & proposal

Build cost and monthly run cost quoted separately, as ranges, with every assumption visible.

  5. 5

    Development in sprints

Two-week sprints with demoable increments, and a backlog you can reprioritise between them.

  6. 6

    Testing & QA

Automated regression, performance and security testing built into the pipeline, not bolted on before launch.

  7. 7

    Cloud deployment

CI/CD-driven release with observability, alerting and a rollback path proven before go-live.

  8. 8

    Cost optimization & monitoring

Post-launch right-sizing and a quarterly FinOps review that turns savings into roadmap capacity.

  9. 9

    Ongoing support & governance

SLA-backed support with a named delivery manager and a standing review of cost, risk and roadmap.

Our values

How we behave when it is inconvenient

Values only mean something at the moment they cost you a deal or a deadline. These are the ones we hold to then.

  • Integrity

We quote what work costs, flag risk the moment we see it, and would rather lose a deal than win it on an estimate we do not believe.

  • Ownership

The team that designs a system runs it. Nobody hands a problem across a boundary and calls it solved.

  • Innovation

We adopt new technology when it makes a measurable difference to a client outcome, not when it makes a good slide.

  • Quality

Tests, reviews and observability are part of the estimate, never the first thing cut when a date gets tight.

  • Continuous learning

Our engineers teach in our own training programs, which keeps their fundamentals sharp and our curriculum honest.

  • Client first

We measure ourselves on the outcome you needed, not the hours we billed getting there.

Honest comparison

Xbreyins versus the usual arrangement

Plenty of vendors are excellent at the middle column. The difference is what sits either side of the build.
