Build things that run, and teach what you learn
We are a delivery company first. Engineers here explain their work clearly, own what they ship, and mentor each other — which keeps the bar high.

Four things that are true here
Culture claims are cheap. These are the four that shape day-to-day decisions, and you can test each of them in your interview.
Everyone teaches
Engineers deliver at least one training module a year. It keeps fundamentals sharp and the curriculum honest.
You own what you build
The person who designs a system runs it. There is no wall to throw work over.
Estimates are yours to defend
We do not commit dates that the delivering team has not agreed to. Sales does not overrule engineering here.
Certification and conference budget
Cloud and AI certifications are funded, and study time is scheduled rather than expected after hours.
Roles we are hiring for
Every listing states the band and the experience range. If you are close but not exact, apply anyway and say so.
Build pipelines, codify infrastructure and instrument systems across multiple client engagements.
What you will do
- Design CI/CD pipelines with meaningful quality gates
- Write and maintain Terraform modules across client accounts
- Run Kubernetes workloads and tune them for cost and reliability
- Set up observability that alerts on user-visible symptoms
- Contribute to quarterly FinOps reviews for cloud clients
What we are looking for
- 3+ years in a DevOps, platform or SRE role
- Production Terraform and Kubernetes experience
- Fluency with at least one major cloud provider
- Scripting in Python, Go or Bash
- Incident response experience and a calm approach to it
Teach the Python Full Stack with AI program while staying connected to live delivery work.
What you will do
- Deliver live sessions and review student code in depth
- Keep the curriculum aligned to current hiring requirements
- Mentor students through capstone projects and technical reviews
- Run mock interviews and support placement readiness
- Spend part of your time on real delivery work to stay current
What we are looking for
- 5+ years building production Python applications
- Genuine teaching or structured mentoring experience
- Working knowledge of React and modern frontend practice
- Familiarity with LLM APIs and RAG patterns
- Patience, and a strong instinct for where beginners get stuck
Lead the technical direction of a client-facing squad building production systems across Python or Java and modern React frontends.
What you will do
- Own architecture decisions for a client engagement end to end
- Write and review production code, not just design documents
- Mentor mid-level engineers and raise the review standard on the team
- Work directly with client stakeholders on scope and trade-offs
- Teach one module per year in an Xbreyins training program
What we are looking for
- 6+ years building and operating production web applications
- Depth in Python or Java, plus real React experience
- Comfortable owning cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure or GCP
- Track record of mentoring engineers, evidenced in review culture
- Clear written communication with non-technical stakeholders
Build production AI agents and retrieval systems for enterprise clients, with evaluation and guardrails as first-class concerns.
What you will do
- Design and build agentic systems that call real client systems
- Build retrieval pipelines and tune them against evaluation sets
- Implement guardrails, output validation and escalation paths
- Instrument token-level cost and latency tracking
- Set the practice standard for how we evaluate AI systems
What we are looking for
- 3+ years in software engineering, with 1+ year shipping LLM systems
- Strong Python and comfort with async, typed application code
- Hands-on experience with an agent framework and a vector store
- Rigour about evaluation; opinions about why most demos do not survive production
- Awareness of prompt injection and data-handling risk
Build and maintain the bench that our staffing clients draw on, with a vetting bar that does not move under deadline pressure.
What you will do
- Source and screen engineers across every experience band
- Coordinate technical assessments with delivery engineers
- Manage the candidate experience end to end
- Keep the bench database accurate and current
- Work with clients to translate vague requirements into real role specs
What we are looking for
- 2+ years recruiting technical roles
- Enough technical literacy to hold a credible conversation with an engineer
- Experience with staffing or contract placement is an advantage
- Organised under pressure, with genuinely responsive communication
Apply
One form for every role. If nothing above matches but you think you belong here, name the role you want in the position field and tell us why.
Four steps, no ghosting
The whole process takes two to three weeks. You will always know what the next step is and when to expect it.
- 01
Application review
A person reads it, not a keyword filter. You get a decision within five business days either way.
- 02
Technical conversation
60 minutes with an engineer who does the work. Real problems from real engagements, no algorithm trivia.
- 03
Practical exercise
A scoped task you complete in your own time, capped at three hours. We pay for anything longer.
- 04
Team and offer
Meet the people you would work with, ask them anything, then a written offer with the band and range stated.
What we hire against
These are the same values we hold delivery to, so they double as our interview rubric.
Integrity
We quote what work costs, flag risk the moment we see it, and would rather lose a deal than win it on an estimate we do not believe.
Ownership
The team that designs a system runs it. Nobody hands a problem across a boundary and calls it solved.
Innovation
We adopt new technology when it makes a measurable difference to a client outcome, not when it makes a good slide.
Quality
Tests, reviews and observability are part of the estimate, never the first thing cut when a date gets tight.
Continuous learning
Our engineers teach in our own training programs, which keeps their fundamentals sharp and our curriculum honest.
Client first
We measure ourselves on the outcome you needed, not the hours we billed getting there.
Not looking, but curious?
Send us a note anyway. We keep good conversations on file and come back to them when a role opens.
